Cyt:
"We returned to England on Tuesday evening on the 9.15 Wizzair flight from Burgas. It was awful at the airport never experienced anything like it before.
First the queue at check-in desk ok that’s normal.
Next the queue for security which was all the way into the check in area and not really a queue as masses of people just trying to get in.
Eventually, through security to be thrown into the Passport control bit that had no queue (exactly like a football match) masses of people arriving in a small area and pushing being crushed. The Passport officials were thoroughly checking every passport some for several minutes ( which I understand they may need to do) but more and more people were being forced into this area.
Some should of been boarding there plane and were not through! The passport person in their wisdom said quite crossly everybody move back (it’s a wonder someone really wasn’t hurt).
Our plane was delayed not before the screen said boarding and then changing back! We were at the airport early and would of maybe missed the flight. There was about 8 flights due out I think."
